Layer 1:

InfraHub Compute The Capital and Infrastructure Layer

InfraHub Compute is where capital enters the ecosystem. We source enterprise-grade GPU hardware from the world’s leading manufacturers. We structure it into investment vehicles appropriate for institutional capital. We finance the procurement. And we deploy it into renewable-energy-powered data centres across Europe.

Our investors own real, physical assets: GPU servers with identified serial numbers, deployed in known locations, connected to known platforms, generating measurable revenue. This is not a fund. This is not a token. This is infrastructure you can point to.

Layer 2:

NexGen Cloud The Engineering and Operations Layer

NexGen Cloud is the operational backbone of everything we deploy. They bring deep expertise in architecting, deploying, and operating large-scale GPU environments at enterprise standards.

This means: network configuration, security protocols, performance monitoring, cooling management, firmware updates, and 24/7 uptime management. When  hardware is generating revenue at 2am, it’s NexGen Cloud’s engineering team ensuring it stays online.

The relationship between InfraHub Compute and NexGen Cloud is not a vendor arrangement — it is a deeply integrated operational partnership where every process, from hardware specification to rack deployment to performance optimisation, is jointly designed.

Layer 3:

Hyperstack The Market and Revenue Layer

Hyperstack is the on-demand GPU cloud marketplace that connects our deployed infrastructure with end customers. It serves a diverse range of users: AI startups running proof-of-concept workloads, enterprises deploying production inference, research institutions training models, and cloud resellers building their own businesses on top of our capacity.

Hyperstack handles customer acquisition, billing, support, and capacity management. When a developer in Berlin spins up a GPU instance to fine-tune a language model, that compute time generates revenue that flows back through the ecosystem.

Critically, Hyperstack is not waiting for customers to arrive. It is an existing, live platform with existing customers and existing demand. When InfraHub deploys a new GPU cluster, it is connected to a marketplace that is already generating revenue

THE SCALE

The Connected Loop

This is what makes us unique

InfraHub
- Builds and owns the AI machines
NexGen Cloud - Operates the cloud infrastructure
Hyperstack – Is the platform customers use to access it

It’s all connected. The idea is straightforward, instead of everyone trying to build their own AI data centres (which costs millions and takes years), we build the infrastructure once and then rent access to lots of companies globally.
